Susie has been the executive director of the Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center since 2002. This organization serves a huge amount of children ages 5-18 with special needs. Susie has built the program to its current number of 150 students. The Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center was built in 1922 on the site of The Pan Am Games. It is probably one of three indoor facilities in the center of a city, and serves a community of children who cannot participate in any other sport and have found a new purpose and life with horses in the middle of Buffalo.
